Some of our teammates live in beautiful Bellingham, WA. Over the January 28-29 weekend, a group of Peterson ladies made the journey up north to train and hang out together. After a week of snow, we were hoping for some good weather and open roads.
The weather, forecasted to be partly sunny, turned interesting. On the first day, it hailed and snowed a bit in the morning before calming down. It was a chilly 37 degrees. Undeterred, the group headed out Chuckanut Drive for some beautiful miles.
The next day, the weather turned fierce, with over an inch of rain that day. Only the truest die-hards rode. Now THAT is dedication!
